After talking with Mikael, Nick decided that he would head to the hospital to see him. He couldn’t stand hospitals right now but he had to make sure that his boyfriend was alright. Cleaning up real quick, Nick grabbed his car keys and walked out the front door to the car. He backed out of the driveway and headed towards the hospital, laying his head back against the headrest. Parking in the back of the parking area, Nick got out of the car and walked to the front doors of the hospital. He stopped at the front desk and asked for the room number as he walked to the elevator going to the second floor. When the doors opened, he saw the room number a couple doors down as he knocked on the door before opening it, sticking his head inside. “Mikael.” Nick stepped inside and shut the door behind him, walking over to the bed. His hand brushed across the back of Mikael’s cheek before he kissed him, holding his lips there.
Nick had finally heard from his boyfried after the last couple days of not hearing from him. He was worried that something might of happened but he was glad that nothing was wrong. Grabbing a light jacket, he pulled it on as he slipped on his sandles before walking out the front door to his car. He pulled out of the driveway and headed towards Mikael’s house. When he stopped at the stop light before Mikael’s street, he reached down and turned the radio on, laying his head back against the headrest. His grandma popped into his mind as he smiled slightly before the light turned green. He started driving again and turned onto the street that Mikael’s house was on. Pulling next to the curb, Nick shut the car off and walked up the front walk to the door, knocking.
